We work simply. Instead of making a bunch of complicated quotations for each phase of your project, we have decided to create a simple flat rate for everything and anything you need. Whether you need a new website, marketing consultation or you've decided to redesign a few pages of your website months later, we'll give you an estimate, show you how many hours were worked by our time tracking system, you pay and we deliver.

Payment: We also try to keep this element simple. We send you estimates and invoices through our Freshbooks system online and you can approve and pay directly using PayPal or credit cards.

Rush Orders: If you are pressed for time and have a last minute project, we can usually handle it but it may involve overtime and extra costs up to 25% of the estimated total. Once you are given our estimate and you find that our deadline won't match yours, you can request a rush order and we will discuss the earliest we can render your project and the extra cost involved.

* Please note that timelines are only valid and concrete at the time of payment. We will give you a clear timeline based on the actual start date from payment rather than the estimate given at the consultation because between time the time of consultation and the actual start date, our employees may be occupied with other new projects. We try to fit you in as quickly as possible and we let you know what to expect so that you can plan accordingly.

Here are the steps we follow for all projects:

Free Consultation

We meet with you in person or by Skype and discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have about our services or company. If given enough information at this point, we will provide you with an estimation of the time & costs related to your project & we can get the ball rolling immediately if you agree ( in this case, step 2 is only collecting more project details from you).

Client Brief & Initial Estimate

Once you decide that you may like to work with us, you can recontact us and we'll send you a document which gives you guidelines to help guide us to properly understand what need, so we can then give our recommendations & provide you with an estimation (more or less 20% of the final cost, then we request a down payment in order to move on to step 3, which is taking the time to create a detailed blueprint for your project.

Scope of Work & Approval

When we receive your initial payment & completed briefing, we review and discuss any additional points with you. Following the collection of any last information, we go back to the drawing board and make a complete plan " scope of work" which is a document for you and our team to follow in order to render your project professionally to completion. Consider it a blueprint! Once you approve this document & all the terms & conditions in our contract, we can really get the ball rolling and go full speed into production.

Start of Development

After agreeing to our contract and scope of work (blueprint), we move right into development. At this point, we create a timeline & project account for you on our project management & time-tracking systems & start to assign our team to work on your project.

* Please note that the calendar start-date and completion date depends on the time of the actual receipt of funds. Some months are busier than others, upon consultation we will give you an idea of our flexibility, but we can't give accurate timelines until this phase.

Design Conception & Review ( for all that is design related)

This part is quite simple. We create the design according to the blueprint or "scope of work" and send you the completed designs. At this point you are given access tour project management system where you can download the files & give any feedback or revision requests. Revisions are infinite.

Design Revisions & Finalization

After reviewing any revision requests, we modify the designs, codes and any other details accordingly and publish them on our production server. Once you approve them, the files are prepared for delivery.

Final Payment & Delivery

You will be notified when files are ready & your project is complete. At this time, we request that any outstanding payments be paid & we send your files in a bundle directly by email once we receive full payment. If this is SEO or Web Maintenance, this does not apply as it is an ongoing or monthly service and is continued as long as payment is received.

We give the most approximate deadline possible at the start of your project based on what is initially planned. If your project deadline is incompatible with our workload or it must be adjusted for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible so that you can make alternative arrangements. We always remain honest and realistic with our deadlines and we'll tell you exactly what to expect from us before signing a contract.
